Hi, welcome to C0ns3nt Inc. and welcome to our first product launch: Black! Black is an app that confirms consent between partners and records the interaction in the attempt to reduce sexual assault and sexual harm.
We truly believe that things such as false allegations and date rape can be reduced with our product because when both users have the app there is no more ambiguity. We’ve baked in safety features to our patent pending process: like an emergency button and an emergency PIN that will send your name and current location to the trusted individuals that you have as contacts in the app. This helps to ensure that no one is forced to use the app against their will and gives you the power to cancel consent at any time if you have your phone.
We also offer privacy tiers to make sure that your name doesn’t show up on your consent partner’s history unless you want it to. Regardless of your privacy tier, we can track every ID in case there is an issue with consent and will fully cooperate with law enforcement and the judicial system.
